English TV host, model and fashion journalist Louise Roe was spotted in a vibrant Manish Arora dress Wednesday night in West Hollywood for the Nylon Magazine June/July music issue launch party.

Louise, who hosts the MTV makeover series "Plain Jane," absolutely rocked this neon dress boasting a high neckline, exagerrated hips and transitioning neon print throughout. The svelte star chose a matching orange 'Alba' clutch from Accessorize.com and simple black Ruthie Davis sandals to finish off her look. We also love her neat, pretty manicure in a burnt sienna color.

Manish, an Indian fashion designer based in New Delhi and often referred to as "the John Galliano of India" is most notable for his predominant use of psychedelic colors and Indian-inspired prints in accompaniment with western lines. Pop stars renowned for quirky fashion sense on stage and the red carpet like Rihanna, Katy Perry, Nicki Minaj and Lady Gaga have all been spotted in Manish's eclectic, elaborate designs.
