ARE POSHFUSION'S PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED IN THE UNITED STATES?
We search the globe to bring you the hottest, most fashion-forward items from western designers all over the world, and sometimes we don't have to look too far. We offer an extensive list of products made in the U.S., and we're always looking for more to add to our collections.

HOW DO I KNOW THE PRODUCTS ON POSHFUSION ARE AUTHENTIC?
PoshFusion guarantees the absolute authenticity of all products purchased through our website.

POSHFUSION'S PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE IN WHICH CURRENCY?
The PoshFusion website displays the prices in US Dollars and Indian Rupees.

DO YOU CARRY PETITE, LARGER, ADDITIONAL, PLUS, OR EXTENDED SIZES OF YOUR CLOTHING?
We know not everyone is built the same, and we do our best to accommodate all body types at PoshFusion. When our buyers request for great designs that come in petite or larger sizes, we're excited to stock them.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES POSHFUSION ACCEPT?
Posh Fusion accepts only the following forms of payment for online purchases:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • NetBanking (for India)
  • Cash on Delivery (available in all major Indian cities)
  • Third Party Transfer - Online Banking (for India)
  • Perosnal Checks

Personal checks will be accepted however the delivery process will be executed only after a check has cleared. For added security, your billing address on file at our website must be identical to the address on file at your credit card company. If these addresses differ, there may be delays in processing your order. PoshFusion will charge all state, local and sales taxes that apply on all online orders based on shipping address as applicable by the governments of the US and India. Please note that your on-screen transaction total includes estimated tax and shipping & handling charges.

OH, NO! AN ITEM I LOVE IS OUT OF STOCK! WHAT CAN I DO?
Please add to your WISHLIST - it’s an easy way to find out when sold out items have been restocked. If that dress you've fallen in love with is sold out or that clutch you're dying to have is no longer available, just simply add to your wishlist. That way, whenever the item comes back, you'll be the first person to find out.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do! In fact, in addition to the United States, we serve our clients in India.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CANNOT TRACK MY ORDER ONLINE?
Once your package has been dispatched, an email containing your package’s information is sent to you automatically. You can then follow your package’s progress on our website by going to the My Account / Order History section. If you are unable to view any information regarding your package, we recommend that you contact us so we can follow up on your order at contact us. You can also call us at our customer care numbers or log into our courier partner’s website.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
Should you not be present when our courier attempts to deliver your package, our courier partner will make attempts to reach you via phone call or text message. Please try your best to take calls from our courier partner to facilitate delivery of your package. A second attempt will automatically be made within 24 hours. After the second attempt, our courier will hold on to your package for 2-3 days awaiting further instructions from the recipient before returning your package to the PoshFusion warehouse. Once the package has been sent back to us, you must wait until it arrives in our warehouse. At this time you will automatically receive an email asking you if you would like us to resend your package. We will hold the package for you at our warehouse for a week from the time we send you an email. If we do not hear from you within this time frame we will need to cancel your order. Please note the shipment cost for resending the package will be billed to the customer.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE?
If upon opening your package you notice that items are damaged or missing, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the package by filling out our contact us form. For further information on returns please refer to our return policy.

WHERE’S MY RETURN?
Returns are usually processed within about 14 business days after we receive your package, and we’ll email you as soon as we open it. In the meantime, you can keep track of your package with the tracking number listed on your return shipping label.

Am I dealing with an Indian Company or US ? 
In United States, the products are sold by PoshFusion Inc., California.

In India, the products are sold by, and you will be billed by our “online payment gateway” but products are supplied by PoshFusion, New Delhi, India.

WHY DON'T I GET POSHFUSION EMAILS?
If you'd like to receive the PoshFusion Newsletter via email for exclusive promotions, product sneak peeks and more, sign up under the navigation on the left. If you've already signed up for our Newsletter and are not receiving it, or if you're simply having trouble communicating with us, we apologize. We always want to make sure our communication with our treasured customers is the best it can be. We take care to answer every customer email that we receive. Yahoo! and Hotmail frequently filter PoshFusion messages as spam, so many of our customers that have addresses with them don't receive our messages at all. If you have a Yahoo! or Hotmail address, this is the most likely reason. If not, give us a call at 925-452-8265 and we'll happily assist you over the phone.

WILL I BE LIABLE FOR CUSTOM CHARGES?
Orders that are sent outside of India or United States may be subject to local import taxes, duties and fees levied by your country. Any such charges are to be borne by yourself as we have no control over these charges. If any doubts, please check with your local postal authority about such possible charges.
